About Us

Our journey began more than 20 years ago with a commitment to service excellence in supporting the technology that restaurants and merchants depend on every day.

Working directly with restaurant owners, operators, and their staff gave us firsthand experience with the demands of the hospitality industry. We learned what works, what doesn't, and how important dependable technology and responsive support are to a successful food service business.

In 2018, we brought that experience into software development with the launch of Pecan POS.

Today, Pecan Solutions combines restaurant technology, integrated payment solutions, and dedicated support to serve merchants and dealers nationwide. With thousands of installations behind us, we continue to build on the principles that brought us here: practical solutions, dependable technology, and a commitment to the people we serve.
